GrammarOK provides AI-powered grammar checking, spelling correction, and style suggestions. The Service is available through our website and Chrome extension. We use OpenAI's GPT-4o to analyze and provide suggestions for your text.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

You retain all rights to the text you submit to the Service. GrammarOK and its logos, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for the final content you produce.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrammarOK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrammarOK operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
